MANAGER SALES
Objective
The purpose of the Sales Manager position is to be responsible as a cooperating foreman/woman for the daily management and professional development of the sales team. The sales team consists of several salespeople in the field and sales support. The Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial expansion of the turnover and customers of the client.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of clients/New Business
- Drawing up, monitoring and executing the commercial annual plan.
- Achieving commercial team objectives (sales team) resulting from the annual budget.
- Developing and structurally approaching potential new customers with a certain turnover size in an effective manner.
- Taking commercial initiatives and setting up commercial campaigns.
- Sending quotations to potential customers.
- Conducting sales talks including price negotiations.
- Negotiating and concluding contracts, identifying and participating in tenders.
Networking
- Actively attending relevant network meetings.
- Visiting trade fairs.
- Fulfilling an active role at (international) trade fairs where the client is represented with a stand
Reporting
- Regular reporting of key figures and control figures to the CEO/CCO (number of new debtors, position with regard to budget).
- Processing information about potential clients correctly in the CRM system with possible follow-up actions.

- Language skills required: English and Arabic. Dutch, but also German and Turkish are a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems. SAP B1 is a plus;
- Experience with Word and Excel;
- Living in, or willing to move to, the Nijmegen, Land van Cuijk, Venray region
